Design:
The Tama Academic Consortium is a consortium of five universities in Tama area: Kunitachi College of Music, Tsuda College, Tokyo Keizai University, Musashino Art University and ICU. The libraries have a program whereby students and staff of the TAC member universities can use any of the five libraries and borrow books.
