For Those Who Want to Enter the Library

Starting July 13, 2020 (Monday), teaching staff and all students will be allowed to enter the library without a prior entry permission.

A prior entry permission will be continuously required to use the library as before after Monday, July 13 and onwards for the time being. In addition, the library services will be limited to lending and returning books. Please understand that it will not be permitted to stay in the library. Please see below for details.

Persons who are allowed to enter the library

• All ICU students (graduate students, undergraduate students, auditors)
• Teaching Staff (full-time, part-time)*

◎A prior entry permission will be required to use the library. Please send an application form from the following link.(*The Faculty does not require prior entry permission to enter the library.)

• Request for permission to enter campus

• ◎Please refer to the "Office Hours/Calendar" for library hours during July 13 (Monday) through August 31 (Monday).
• ◎Admission is limited to lending and returning books. Please note that staying in the library is not allowed.
• ◎Please wear a mask and disinfect your hands at the entrance when entering the library. Please refrain from coming if you are not feeling well.

Persons who are still unable to enter the library after July 13

• Persons not enrolled at ICU (including research fellows, members of Friends of ICU, students of TAC member universities and other universities)
• Updated information regarding the gradual lifting of restrictions on library admission, and library services for those not enrolled in ICU will be posted on this website. Please check the library website periodically for updates.
