For Those Who Want to Enter the Library (Updated on November 18th, 2021.)

Persons Permitted Entry to the Library

• Teaching Staff (full time, part time), Semi-teaching Staff(TA, RIA, Reserch fellows)
• All ICU students (graduate students, undergraduate students, credit auditors, auditing students, credit transfer students)
• ICU officials (Library Friends Member[graduates, school-leavers, retirees, faculty and staff families, Friends of ICU])

Persons Permitted Entry to the Library with a reservation

• Visitors (Students of TAC member universities and other universities, except for the credit transfer students/ Users who belong to a research institution.)

We will accept visitors only when the material is only held in ICU Library and ILL & TLL services are not available. Please make a reservation before visiting.

◎Ask in advance the librarian at your institution to inquire our holdings by fax(0422-33-3669) or email(library@icu.ac.jp) and issue you a letter of introduction.

◎Please visit during the service hour with the letter and the identification card of your institution. The service hours are 9:00-17:30 on weekdays（9:30-16:30 in the Out of Term）.

◎ If you are not feeling well, or have a fever or cold symptoms, etc., please refrain from visiting the library.

◎ Please wear a mask during your stay.

◎ Please disinfect your hands and stand in front of the thermal monitor to take your temperature before entering the library.

◎ Please keep your distance from each other.
