Affiliated Libraries members（TAC member universities, Japan Lutheran College, Tokyo Union Theological Seminary, United Nations University, Toho-Gakuen College of Music, Hitotsubashi University）

• Please visit during the service hours with your ID card of your institution. The service hours are 8:30-17:30 on weekdays in Term（9:30-16:30 in the Out of Term/Saturdays）
• TAC Card will be issued for those who are affiliated with a TAC member university and wish to borrow books. TAC Card holders can borrow books and enter the library at any time during library hours. See TACLib site for details.
• If you are a member of Japan Lutheran College, Tokyo Union Theological Seminary, United Nations University,or Toho-Gakuen College of Music, please take a library card at your university's library to check out our books. Please ask your library for details.
• The members of Hitotsubashi University cannot borrow books.

In principle, the ICU Library is not open to the general public. However, materials that are only held by us may be viewed by advance reservation as follows.
